Our Peaceful Studio looks out onto Mt Tam and the surrounding hills - one entire wall is windows that open wide for breezes and airflow between activities. We have an enormous deck on San Anselmo creek perfect for chilling out before & after class.

We offer Yoga beyond the Pose - Yoga as a Spiritual Art & Healing Practice. Class Series Taught by Yoga Therapists offer a transformative process vs. drop in classes & gives your practice a container that can truly hold you in your journey.
Embody Yoga (Sun Series) Active, strengthening & energizing asana practice includes guided meditations, breath exercises & check ins with your instructor - 8 week series. Wednesday 5:15pm ~ In Person or Online $280 per 8 week series with Rachael Breeze

Your Teachers :
Rachael Breeze began teaching Yoga in 1996. She lived as a resident Yoga Teacher in Intentional Community & Retreat throughout her 20’s - studying & practicing Yoga & Healing Arts. In 2001 she moved to Marin County and expanded her studies into Ayurveda. She founded EarthSpa Yoga & Ayurveda Rejuvenation Center in 2010. Her studies in Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Ayurveda, Meditation, Massage, Dance and Plant Based Medicine continue to inform her teaching style which stems from a gentle and healing approach known as Standing Wave Yoga. She also weaves in her 25 years of practice & training in Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga and Yoga Therapy. She spends her free time hiking in the hills of Fairfax.
