Learn how to surf the seasons. In Summer some thrive - others wither…In Winter some flourish other diminish…learn how to dance with the natural rhythms of each season. You ll learn how to use food, spices, herbs and more to support happiness and health in each season. We’ll also consider the seasons of our lifecycle - youth, midlife, midlife transition, and elder years.

Module 2 - Balancing the Body & Mind

Once we learn a bit about Ayurveda we can start learning the specific ways that support us to stay feeling centered and good in our body mind & mood. You’ll learn lifestyle habits of Ayurveda which make all the difference in your daily state of being… Positive emotions also decrease anxiety & depression, increase emotional intelligence, and decrease stress. Through shifting physical, and mental habits we’ll deepen this dimension of health & well-being. As a group we will also endeavor to put 1 new habit in place each week so you are accelerated to your wellness goals.
